Reimbursement Programs OEM Mobility: Vehicles that Know
no Limits • General MotorsGM's mobility program reimburses customers a maximum of $1000 for adaptive equipment, including installation or reinstallation, on eligible GM vehicles. Information on the program is available from the GM Mobility Assistance Center at 800/323-9935 (TTY users, call 800/833-9935). • ToyotaThe Toyota Mobility Program gives those who buy or lease up to $1000 for the purchase and installation of adaptive equipment on eligible Toyota vehicles. For information about the Toyota program, call 800/331-4331 (TTY users, call 800/443-4999). • SaturnAdaptive equipment buyers will be reimbursed up to $1000, including installation or reinstallation, for outfitting an eligible Saturn vehicle. Program information is available from the Saturn Mobility Program at 800/553-6000 (TTY users, call 800/833-6000). • Ford Motor CompanyFord and Lincoln-Mercury dealers, through the Ford Mobility Motoring Program, will provide up to $1000 for adaptive equipment, including installation or reinstallation, in any purchased or leased new Ford or Lincoln-Mercury vehicle that qualifies. The Ford Mobility Motoring Program provides information at 800/952-2248 (TTY users, call 800/833-0312). • Daimler ChryslerThe DaimlerChrysler Automobility Program provides cash reimbursement up to $1000 for the installation of adaptive equipment in full-size Ram Vans, Ram Wagons, and Mini-vans. All other DaimlerChrysler Corp. cars and trucks are eligible for reimbursements up to $750. For information about the DaimlerChrysler program, call 800/255-9877 (TTY users call 800/922-3826). • Volvo The 2004 Mobility by Volvo program is available to eligible customers who purchase a new model-year 2004 S40, V40, S60, S80, V70 XC70, C70, or XC90 Volvo between now and July 31, 2004. The program provides assistance toward the cost of adaptive equipment and installation. Customers can receive up to $1000 toward mobility adaptive equipment and as much as $200 for alert hearing devices. The maximum reimbursement amount is $1000. This offer may be combined with current published programs. • HondaHonda Cars provides cash reimbursement up to $1000 for the installation of adaptive equipment in any of their vehicles. This program requires verification of installation. For information about the Honda program visit out Web site at www.honda.com (TTY users call 800/922-3826). • LexusLexus reimburses customers up to $1000 for the cost of adaptive equipment and installation on all new purchased or leased Lexus vehicles. Information about the Lexus program is available at 800/255-3987 (TTY users, call 800/443-4999). • Volkswagen Customers who buy or lease Volkswagens are eligible for up to $500 for adaptive hand-control equipment and installation. Information on the program is available from Volkswagen at 800/374-8389.
